Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or looking to sharpen your technique, my one-to-one and two-to-one Muay Thai sessions offer focused, tailored training designed around you.

Each session combines the discipline and philosophy of traditional Muay Thai with modern coaching techniques. Together, we’ll work on building your fitness, improving your form, and understanding the “art of eight limbs” — using your fists, feet, knees, and elbows with control and precision.

These private sessions are ideal if you want to:

  • Learn the fundamentals at your own pace

  • Improve confidence, balance, and coordination

  • Refine your technique for pad work or sparring

  • Push your fitness and endurance to new levels

  • Train with a friend for extra motivation

  • Just enjoy a different way to keep fit and have fun

You’ll get personal guidance, real-time feedback, and sessions adapted to your goals — whether that’s weight loss, stress relief, fight preparation, or just a fun way to keep fit.

 

All equipment is provided, and lessons take place in a relaxed, focused environment. Just bring water, energy, and a willingness to learn.​
