I understand that martial arts training involves physical contact and carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to bruises, strains, sprains, fractures, or more serious injury. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate in martial arts training. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to the instructor. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a doctor before starting training, especially if I have any health concerns.

Personal Responsibility

Follow all safety instructions given by the instructor.
Use equipment responsibly.
Inform the instructor immediately if I feel unwell or injured.
Accept full responsibility for my own safety and actions during training.

Waiver of Liability

Muay Thai Lesson Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dimech Muay Thai, we know life can sometimes get in the way of training. To keep things fair for everyone, here’s how our booking policy works:

48-Hour Cancellations

If you let us know 48 hours or more before your class, you can choose a full refund or simply move your booking to another session.

Less Than 48 Hours

If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we can’t offer a refund, but we’ll happily swap your spot into another class (as long as there’s space).

Missed Classes

If you don’t attend and we haven’t heard from you, the session will be marked as used — but please always reach out if something unexpected happens.

If We Cancel

On the rare occasion that a class is cancelled by us, you’ll always get the option of a rescheduled class or a full credit towards another session.
